Professional Engineer (PE)

Location: Nebraska (Hybrid/On-Site)
Experience: Licensed Professional Engineer with 5+ years of experience in land or site development.

What You’ll Do:

Lead civil design projects from concept to completion
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Mentor and guide junior engineers

Machine Control Support Specialist

Location:Wahoo, Nebraska (Hybrid/On-Site)
Experience: Mechanical, construction, equipment, surveying, or technology experience preferred; machine-control experience not required.

What Youll Do:

Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and support construction machine-control systems
Work with GPS/GNSS, robotic total stations, laser systems, and related equipment
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, software, and positioning issues
Provide field support and training to contractors and equipment operators

Ideal Candidate:

Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with construction equipment, computers, and technology
Enjoys hands-on field work and interacting with customers
Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technology

Preferred Background: Diesel/ag technology, construction, surveying, electronics, automotive, precision agriculture, or related experience.

Engineer Intern (EI)

Location: Wahoo, Nebraska (Hybrid/On-Site)

Experience: Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Previous internship experience is not required.

What You’ll Do:

Assist with civil engineering design, drawings, calculations, and project documentation
Gain hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Support site development, grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility projects
Participate in field investigations, surveying, and data collection
Work alongside engineers and project managers on real-world projects

Ideal Candidate:

Currently pursuing a Civil Engineering degree
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Interested in both design work and field experience
Comfortable learning new software and technology
Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience: AutoCAD/Civil 3D, surveying, construction, water resources, or other civil engineering coursework or experience — but not required.

Survey Technician

Location: Wahoo, Nebraska (Hybrid/On-Site)
Experience: Associate degree in surveying, civil engineering technology, construction technology, or related field; surveying or construction staking experience preferred.

What You’ll Do:

Perform topographic surveys, field data collection, and construction staking
Provide field layout for grading, utilities, paving, building pads, and other civil projects
Establish and verify project control points, elevations, and coordinates
Process survey data and prepare staking information for field use
Work closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers to move designs accurately into construction

Ideal Candidate:

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
Comfortable working with GPS survey equipment, data collectors, and construction plans
Enjoys hands-on field work and working independently
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Dependable, accountable, and willing to learn new technology

Preferred Experience: Construction staking, topographic surveying, Leica/Trimble/Topcon equipment, AutoCAD Civil 3D, or machine-control applications.
