Scope
This policy applies to Slinki’s public website, customer onboarding, account portal, support communications, and managed website services. Customer websites may have their own privacy notices because each customer controls its business practices and submitted content.

- Account authentication, roles, subscription records, transaction references, and support history.
- Website content, uploaded media, domain settings, and connected integration settings.
- Technical information such as browser type, approximate location derived from an IP address, device information, page activity, security events, and cookie or analytics identifiers when enabled.
Slinki does not store full payment-card numbers. Payment information is processed by Stripe.
How information is used
We use information to provide and secure the service, create and host websites, process onboarding and subscriptions, respond to support requests, improve product performance, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about the account or requested services.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be provided to vendors that help operate Slinki, including hosting, database, storage, authentication, payment, email, analytics, mapping, anti-abuse, domain, and AI-service providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, during a business transaction, or at the customer’s direction. We do not sell personal information for money.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Slinki and customer websites may use essential cookies and configured analytics or advertising tags. The technologies present on a particular customer website depend on its settings. Browser controls, consent tools where provided, and platform-level settings may be used to manage applicable technologies.
Retention and security
Information is retained while needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain legitimate business records. Slinki uses administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on location and applicable law, a person may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information about certain uses and disclosures. Requests can be submitted through the secure Slinki contact form. We may verify identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority.
Children and international use
Slinki is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. If information is transferred across borders, it may be processed where Slinki and its providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available here. Privacy questions and requests should be submitted through the contact form.
